Our machinery includes thirty Barudan Multi-head Embroidery Machines. The following is a breakdown.
- Thirty (30) 15-head machines
- One (1) 2-head sample machine
- Four (4) of our 15-head machines have 9-color capability. Four (4) other machines can run up to 15 colors on one design.
- Twelve (12) of the 15-head machines have drop-table capability to run finished garments more efficiently.
- One (1) machine will run finished caps.

Design Digitizing Capabilities

Our design / digitizing equipment inlcudes two (2) Gunold Technologies APS Gold Systems.
- One (1) system uses digitizing board
- One (1) system uses HP/41 laser scanner with on-screen digitizing.
APS Gold is specifically designed software for embroidery digitizing. It contains a broad range of stitch effects and lettering styles, as well as, offering outstanding editing features to make embroidered designs look and run better.
We also make use of Corel Draw 6 to manipulate old artwork into new and improved designs.

Sixty-five (65) full-time employee, including clerical and shipping personnel and management. Jocassee Designs operates two 40-hour shifts five to six days a week. |

Run full line of shirts, fleecewear, jackets, towels, bags, children and infantwear, blankets, swimwear, and caps. Jocassee Designs has the ability to run finished products or cut-pieces. |

Jocassee Designs, Inc. operates a packaging line capable of inspection, folding and polybagging embroidered products. Bar code labeling and/or hang tags can be included as part of the packaging. |

Miscellaneous

Currently operate in 12,000 square feet of production space with an additional 4,000 square feet of warehouse space. Jocassee Designs has the ability to heat-seal and die-cut appliques. We are located 1/4 mile from I-85 on U. S. Highway 290. We have daily pick-up from UPS, Federal Express and various trucking lines. |
