Quality embroidery begins with expert digitizing. At JOCASSEE DESIGNS, we'll give your design the same level attention whether it's a 10,000 piece contract order, or two-dozen hats. We provide over 40 years of digitizing experience to maximize the visual impact of your design.
JOCASSEE DESIGNS operates two ETHOS punch systems designed by Gunold-Technologies. Both systems are capable of creating and/or reading multiple embroidery machine formats. ETHOS software can also import your "jpeg",PDF or "tif" graphics directly so that we may replicate your artwork exactly.

Many embroiderers and digitizers base their charges on the stitch count of a particular design. JOCASSEE DESIGNS doesn't believe this is the best way to go. Our years of providing expert digitizing has taught us that the size of a design and the complexity of a design do not necessarily coincide. Sometimes the smaller logos take just as much work, if not more to produce. For this reason, JOCASSEE DESIGNS is reluctant to set a standard digitizing fee. It's best for us and, more importantly, you the customer that we take a look at your design artwork and provide you with an individual quote.
Typically, custom/corporate embroidery designs cost between $75.00 and $125.00. Contract embroidery designs tend to be more complex as well as larger and therefore tend to cost slightly more.
